Eliseu dos Leitões
The Eliseu dos Leitões restaurant , whether on Avenida or in Carnide, is a place dedicated to cooking one of the best recipes for this delicacy, Leitão da Bairrada.
The flavors, smells and even the culture of this part of the country are rooted in the tiled walls and stone floor of this true monument dedicated to the gastronomy of Beira Litoral.
To enter Eliseu dos Leitões is to breathe in Portugal, as well as the delicious smell of freshly roasted suckling pig. It’s a gastronomic experience with an unbelievable sensory dimension.

Taqueria do Chiado
Finding a good place to eat in the Chiado area is no easy task! There are so many places to choose from that it all depends on what you’re in the mood for at the time.
And if you’re in the mood for some of the most incredible and delicious Mexican delicacies, then you have to choose Taqueria do Chiado which, as the name suggests, specializes in tacos with all kinds of fillings.
But don’t think it’s just this traditional dish! There you’ll also find quesadillas and tostaditas.

QOSQO
QOSQO is the oldest Peruvian restaurant in Lisbon… and we’ve even been (several times) to see that it has some of the most traditional delicacies from this beautiful Latin American country.
At QOSQO you’ll find the best flavors and aromas of Peru, prepared by those who know how to do it perfectly.
The executive menu includes classic dishes such as the Couvert (basket of Peruvian bread); starter, a choice of Tequeños with chicken and cream cheese or Salada solentino, and Main course, a choice of Chicken and vegetable Chaufa, Vegetable Chaufa, Salmon Ceviche, Tuna Ceviche, Peruvian Bistec con tacotaco, accompanied by a drink, a choice of glass of red or white wine, sparkling or still water, soda or imperial

Quimera Brewpub
Quimera Brewpub is a craft beer bar housed in an 18th century tunnel, and it’s truly incredible.
Located in the Alcântara neighborhood, Quimera combines the best of both worlds: good food and drink in an unusual setting.
The menu on offer at this bar, which also has a wide range of craft beers, consists of:
- 1 handmade burger:
- Classic: local Portuguese beef burger
- Kimchi: local Portuguese beef burger with kimchi
- Reuben: local Portuguese beef burger with sauerkraut
- or 1 NY Deli Sandwich Gourmet:
- Pastrami: Portuguese beef toast cured and braised in beer with black pepper and Portuguese mustard sauce
- Reuben: Portuguese beef toast cured and stewed in beer with cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island sauce (mayonnaise, pickles and spices)
- Salmon: smoked salmon toast
- Mixed: cheese and charcuterie toast

Capítulo Restaurant & Bar
One of Lisbon’s newest top restaurants is Capítulo, located in the Convent Square Hotel, run by Portuguese chef Vítor Sobral, who invites locals to his executive lunches during the week.
Whether on business or even with the family, this is an option for those who value time, or are short of it, and can choose to have lunch inside the beautiful restaurant, or outside on the no less beautiful terrace.
There are two new Executive Lunch options:
- Lisbon Menu for €19.80: includes couvert + main course + 1 drink + coffee
- Chapter Menu for (26€): includes couvert + starter + main course + dessert + 1 drink + coffee
It offers different suggestions from Monday to Friday, such as Pork neck with suckling pig flavor and potato chips, or swordfish fillet with sweet potato and mango sauce.

Lisbon Balcony
In this restaurant you’ll find one of the most breathtaking views over the city, but also a menu that balances tradition with innovation, featuring several dishes that vary throughout the week, highlighting the diversity of Portuguese cuisine.
On Thursdays, the famous Cozido is the star of the menu (which returned on October 31), a dish that evokes memories and authentic flavors of our culture.
Other classics such as Bacalhau à Brás and Arroz de Pato are also present, and are also part of the Executive Menu (€24), which includes a starter + main course + dessert + a glass of wine – PHC Hotels Colheita Particular.

Ni Michi
At Ni Michi you can travel to the Amazon with traditional dishes that respect the roots, history and indigenous culture of Latin America.
In this kitchen, where the chefs are natives of these countries, you’ll be able to taste different food and drink. And because you may not know what to order, you can follow one of our suggestions, whether you’re going alone or accompanied.
The Executive Menu, which can be for one or two people, is very complete and authentic:

- Welcome drink on arrival: 1 shot of Mango Vodka Sour
- Couvert: Canasta de Nachos con Salsa de Queso Fundido y Guacamole

Oven
If the previous restaurant is part of our list of the best Mexican restaurants in the city, Oven is clearly one of the best places to eat Indian and Nepalese food in Lisbon.
Known for being the only restaurant in the city with a tandoor oven made of copper and clay, at Oven you’ll taste the most intense flavors of this Asian cuisine.
The lunch menu includes a starter, main course and drink:

Eleven Restaurant
Joachim Koerper, the Michelin-starred chef, is in charge of the kitchen at the Eleven restaurant, which excels in its high-class gourmet menu.
At Eleven, located at the top of Parque Eduardo VII, you’ll be amazed by the food and the view, from here to the Tagus.
The Executive Menus, renewed weekly, consist of artisan breads and butters, olive oil, amuse bouche, starter, main course and dessert.
It always includes dishes with the freshest seasonal ingredients available.

SOI – Asian Street Food
The Executive Menu at SOI is an incredible journey into the street food sold in Asia.
From Monday to Friday there’s always something new to try, and from all over the world, from Indonesia to Tokyo, Thailand to Sichuan.
With these Executive Menus you get the dish of the day, drink and coffee for just €12.50.

XXL by Olivier
The Executive Menus at XXL, run by chef and businessman Olivier, are a must-eat , in a space that combines refinement with typical Portuguese food.
The XXL by Olivier restaurant recently opened for lunch, and at a good time, because this weekly menu is something divine.
We’ve already been there to try the Cuttlefish and Prawn Feijoada and the famous soufflé, always accompanied by excellent and very attentive service.
It’s true! On Fridays you can’t miss the traditional Cozido à Portuguesa.

Oui Mais Non
Oui Mais Non is one of the most interesting restaurants in the city. It’s where we find some of our favorite pancakes, and it’s also where they serve one of the best brunches in Lisbon.
But since this is a different subject, Oui Mais Non always has a different Executive Menu from Monday to Friday, which starts with a Steak Masala and ends with a reference to world gastronomy.
The offer at this venue in the city center starts with a soup, dish, drink and dessert for 17.50€ , but if you’re bringing company, you’ll get a promotional price of 30€.

Jump
Salta restaurant was one of our last pleasant surprises when it came to Asian and Central American cuisine, proving to be the ideal place for a multicultural gastronomic experience in the city.
We’ll write more about this interesting and beautiful restaurant near Marquês, but for now we’d like to highlight the Executive Menus where, for €25, you get a starter, a main course accompanied by fried rice and a coffee.
Among the starters, you can choose from Iberian Pork Bahn-Mi, Soft Shell Crab Taco, Aubergine Taco, Duck Croquettes, Calabacín Wonton or Tiger Prawn Tostada. As a main course, you can choose between Secretos de Porco Ibérico, Dourada or Couve Flor.

Lat.a
There’s a new lunch menu for you to try just outside Alcântara, more specifically at the Santo Amaro Docks.
Lat.a restaurant has just announced a different menu for each day of the week, from Monday to Friday.
This menu includes dishes as typical of Latin America as Feijoada à Brasileira or the traditional Chilli con Carne.

Chiado Palace
Just entering this 18th century palace is a good excuse to come here for lunch or dinner. But as soon as you sit down and start to appreciate its huge rooms while you wait – a little – for your well-deserved meal, you’ll realize that you have to go there more often, especially to try its Executive Menus.
As well as indulging in a delicious full menu, let yourself be enveloped by this imposing and emblematic space in Palácio Chiado, ideal for a business lunch or a simple escape from the routine of everyday life.
Changed every two weeks, the Barão Executive Menu (€20) consists of a starter, main course – a choice of fish or meat – drink and coffee, and a dessert can also be added for an extra €4.

Grill D. Fernando
The iconic restaurant on the top floor of the Altis Grand Hotel prepares a special dish every day and is ready to welcome anyone who visits for a quick lunch during a day of work, business or even a lunch with friends leaving the office nearby.
Grill D. Fernando’s Executive Menus (€29.50) start with the usual Couvert, with olive oil, butters, olives, various breads and very fine toast with herbs; one of the Chef’s delicacies for that day, as the main course; the famous Altis Grand Hotel Christmas pastry, to sweeten the palate; and a coffee to finish. The dishes served are fish or meat, always with an unparalleled flavor and praising Portuguese gastronomy.
And don’t forget that every Thursday, the dish of the day is Portugal’s most Portuguese delicacy: Cozido à Portuguesa.
