It could be said that Lisbon’s skies have never been so star-studded, or should we say: Lisbon’s kitchens have never had so much quality, where Michelin stars are a guarantee of good service and food.
This statement comes on the heels of the latest Michelin Guide Gala, which awarded four new Portuguese restaurants on February 27 in Albufeira, Algarve.

Two of the four new national Michelin stars were awarded to restaurants in the capital, adding to the 12 already starred in Lisbon by this well-known haute cuisine guide.
There are now 14 restaurants with at least one Michelin star.
