Candlelight Concerts in Lisbon

The “Candlelight” concerts are a multisensory experience aimed at making classical music accessible to everyone in a relaxed and intimate setting.
The concept is based on transforming some of the city’s most beautiful and historic spaces into a magical setting, with the stages and audience bathed in the light of thousands of candles (LED, for safety reasons). Far from being limited to the most classical classical music (such as Vivaldi, Mozart, or Bach), the shows invite local musicians to reinterpret a wide variety of musical genres. As a result, Lisbon audiences can enjoy acoustic tribute concerts to iconic artists and bands, such as Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Queen, ABBA, and Adele, or shows dedicated to the great film soundtracks (such as those by Hans Zimmer or composer Joe Hisaishi). The refined and welcoming atmosphere makes these concerts a top cultural choice for a romantic evening or a family outing.
