Lisbon Oceanarium

Dinosaurs come back to life at LoureShopping
LoureShopping is going to take visitors back in time with Dinoland, an interactive dinosaur exhibition. All visitors are invited to come into contact with this fascinating species, which became extinct over 65 million years ago, and learn more about dinosaurs.

Dalí: Cybernetics immersive exhibition
This is the exhibition that is causing the most talk in Lisbon. It highlights Salvador Dalí, one of the greatest artists of the 20th century, the true surrealist painter.

Amália Rodrigues House-Museum
Amália Rodrigues lived in this house, and on this visit to her House-Museum, you’ll learn a little more about what happened there… and who our Fado diva was.
Having her house open to the public was one of her greatest wishes, a goal that came true on July 23, 2001, when it was transformed into a House-Museum for visitors, where her fans and the curious can get to know her more personal and intimate side.

Dinosaurs? Only in Lourinhã
Have you been to Lourinhã’s Dino Park? It’s the largest themed open-air exhibition in Europe and there you can see almost 200 full-scale models of dinosaur species.

Immersive play
The immersive play “The Death of the Raven”, which everyone is talking about, is still showing in April.
It’s an immersive experience that tours more than 28 theaters in a show unlike anything you’ve ever seen or been to.
In this intense thriller, you’ll be able to (per)follow nine characters, each with their own characteristics, in a story that is told without any speech, only with body expression and choreographic movements.

Improvisation nights in Lisbon
There’s an improvisation group in Lisbon that’s already putting on shows wherever it goes. Attending one of IMPROMIX’s sessions in the city is always a unique and unrepeatable moment.

Raiz & Utopia exhibition
From the impetus of António José Saraiva, Carlos Medeiros and José Baptista to the direction of Helena Vaz da Silva, the magazine Raiz & Utopia was, between 1977 and 1981, an experiment in renewal and the opening up of new horizons. The magazine’s collection, which belongs to the CNC, is being organized and processed and some of the materials will be exhibited in this context.

The Beauty is a Choise” exhibition at Basílica da Estrela
Ukrainian artist Veronika Blyzniuchenko is exhibiting 60 of her works at the Basilica of Estrela. The cloisters and gardens, which had been closed to the public, can now also be enjoyed free of charge.

ARYZ exhibits at the National Pantheon
The Spanish artist has a brand new installation at the National Pantheon. Inspired by the tradition of Vanitas paintings from the 16th and 17th centuries, originally from the Netherlands, this work deals with themes such as life and death.

At the Museum of Contemporary Art
MAC-CCB is the new abbreviation for Museum of Contemporary Art Centro Cultural de Belém, which in 2023 began occupying the space of the former Berardo Museum. It opened at the end of October.

Candlelight Spring Concerts
Candlelight concerts have a new version this spring, the Candlelight Spring Concerts, with a schedule of spring concerts where hundreds of flowers join the candles to brighten up these shows in the city, which already has some concerts scheduled for April:

Lisboa Música Antiga debuts in Lisbon’s churches in April
On April 18, 19, 20, 26, 27 and 28, Lisboa Música Antiga will make its debut with six concerts of eighteenth-century sacred music by renowned national and international artists, bringing performers such as Ton Koopman and Andreas Scholl to the city’s churches.
