The best Argentinian meats, matured for between 20 and 40 days, come to the table at this house in Lumiar, where the Quinta dos Frades restaurant also once made a name for itself.

The name says it all. In this restaurant in the Saldanha area, the meats are the star of the company.
But they are helped by the “Josper” oven, which many consider to be the Rolls-Royce of ovens.
The result, the house promises, is “a perfect texture and juiciness”, as can be seen, for example, in the extra marbled Chuleta maturada or the matured Entrecôte angus.
