If you also enjoy a good meal of this ancient cuisine, you’re sure to find some of the best options on this list of restaurants serving sushi, with ingredients that are always fresh, very appetizing and, of course, “decorated” to perfection.

Omakase Wa
We continue with the “Chef’s choice”, which is what “omakase” means, and the experience at this Omakase Wa couldn’t be more complete.
We enjoyed 15 moments, always accompanied by a brief description from the chef about what was being served and also about the history behind this Japanese restaurant.
The entire menu was washed down with three types of saké, one more impressive than the other, which perfectly complemented the choice of fish we were served, which is made on the day itself and is therefore in season and very fresh. Some of them were even ordered directly from Japan, so the menu is unlikely to be repeated.
It was a fantastic sensory experience, and for €95 you’ll get a combination of exceptional flavors.
