Although it’s not in Lisbon, this restaurant deserves to be on this list. After all, from the south bank of the Tagus , the view of the capital and the 25 de Abril Bridge is simply incredible.
Located at Cais do Ginjal in Almada, Atira-te ao Rio focuses on “Portuguese Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh fish and seasonal ingredients”, as you can read on its website.
It’s a place that appeals to long evenings in good company, especially in the summer to enjoy the sunset, surrounded by the Tagus as a backdrop.

Located on the 7th floor of the Altis Avenida Hotel, the Rossio Gastro Bar is not only one of the best rooftops in the city, but also one of the restaurants with a breathtaking view.
From there, you can see Rossio, São Jorge Castle and the Tagus River, almost like a 360º projection. What’s more, the atmosphere is sophisticated but relaxed at the same time.
As such, this spot is ideal for enjoying a cocktail in the late afternoon, or even for a romanticdate. However, you should be aware that due to the high-quality food, prices can be higher than average.

Although from the outside it looks modern and minimalist, inside Eleven surprises with its cosmopolitan and elegant decor. A perfect place for those looking for an exquisite experience and good food, or even for a romantic lunch and/or dinner.

Located inside the Tivoli Hotel, Seen is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Lisbon and, at the same time, one of the ones with the best views over the city, especially from the rooftop.
