With Hawaiian origins, a traditional poke bowl contains raw fish cut into small cubes and other ingredients, plus vegetables to taste.
It’s usually served as a starter or appetizer, but around here we like to eat it as a main course… and it’s delicious in these warmer summer months.
The poke bowl is part of the category of salads and therefore falls into the category of this season’s most appetizing dishes, that you like well fresh and light.
Tuna, salmon, rice, avocado, soy sauce, seaweed and various types of spices are among the most common ingredients in this dish that has revolutionized world cuisine. Shall we try them all?
