The 80s and 90s marked the great era of discos and nightclubs in the city of Lisbon, but that doesn’t mean that the desire to dance until the sun comes up isn’t still an excellent weekend plan today.
We already know some places in Lisbon where you can dinner and a little dancing.
All we needed to know was where the trendy places are in the Portuguese capital to stay out late, places where you can go out at night to continue dancing and socializing with friends.

Kremlin
One of Lisbon’s best-known and most iconic nightclubs was the Kremlin, which has now returned to offer you an even more immersive nightlife experience, with a new sound and lighting system that the owners say is unique in Portugal.
Also noteworthy is the new decoration of this iconic Lisbon venue, designed by the urban artist RAF, including backlit paintings and a complete overhaul of the DJ booth.

B.Leza
Before being a nightclub proper, the well-known and charismatic African music club B-Leza is an authentic concert hall.
The hottest sounds from the African continent are here from Thursday to Sunday, almost always starting with a live music concert and, to end the night on a high note, with a DJ who will accompany you on the huge dance floor overlooking the river.

Fragile Lux
When it comes to Lisbon’s nightlife, Lux Frágil is one of the first nightclubs that comes to mind.
Known for welcoming a very eclectic crowd every night , this is one of the most iconic clubs in the city, undoubtedly one of the most incredible we go to when we have the chance to see and hear our favorite DJs.

Rive Rouge
There’s no shortage of beautiful people and lots of fun to be had around the Cais do Sodré, which is where the Rive Rouge is located, a lively venue that promises to keep you dancing until the wee hours of the morning.
Open from Thursday to Sunday, there’s only one thing you can do at Rive Rouge: have a great time all night with your friends over incredible cocktails.

Lust in Rio
Lust in Rio is another one of those clubs in Lisbon where there are only beautiful people who want to have a good time.
And the best thing is that at this nightclub you can also book your own VIP table, which gives you access to a unique view of the dance floor and the DJs, as well as bottles of drinks for you and your friends.

Mome Lisbon
Mome is one of the oldest and most spectacular nightclubs in Lisbon, well known for its restaurant, bar and dance floor , as well as its terrace facing the Tagus, which is simply fantastic.
A cosmopolitan place of choice in the city, Mome also brings together beautiful faces, excellent DJs and unforgettable evenings.

Radio Hotel
Compared to the other venues, Radio Hotel may well be the smallest, but inside you’ll always find a big party.
And because it’s one of the clubs in Lisbon that opens the earliest, at 8 p.m., at Radio Hotel you’ll also be able to indulge in some delicacies. And did we mention the cocktails? Go and try them out! The night is still young!

Urban Beach
Of the various venues that Grupo K owns in Lisbon, the Urban Beach nightclub may well be the best known, especially for its lively nights among young people.
Located right on the Tagus River, this Lisbon nightclub is one of the most popular, thanks to the atmosphere and the themed parties it offers.

Incognito
The Incógnito club must be the disco in Lisbon with the most mirror balls that we know of. By our reckoning there must have been more than 10, but we’re not sure either because it was already a long night.
Open since 1988, this nightclub is committed to a more alternative type of dance music, where Indie, Indie Dance, New Wave and Synthpop beats come together with more traditional Disco, House and Electro grooves.

Musicbox
As well as being one of the best-known concert halls in the capital, with a special focus on promoting new talents and well-known names on the national and international scene, Musicbox is also one of our favorite nightclubs.
Opened in 2006, the space isn’t huge, but it’s perfect for spending an evening dancing with your friends to the most eclectic beats in town.

Jamaica
The end of last summer brought us the best news about two of the most incredible and iconic nightclubs in Lisbon: Jamaica and Tokyo have reopened in a new space in the city.
In a new home, but with the same vibe as always, the Jamaica nightclub, now at Cais do Gás, in Cais do Sodré, right opposite the Tagus, continues to welcome regulars from Rua Cor de Rosa, who queue at the door to continue listening to Mário Dias’ rock and pop records.

Tokyo
Next door to Jamaica Lisboa is its counterpart Tokyo Lisboa, which continues to promote live bands, but this time with better sound and lighting conditions.
In addition to the bands, there will also be some of the best DJs here, so that your evenings are always different and full of fun.

Plateau
Located on the steps of Santos, this may well be one of the most emblematic nightclubs in Lisbon, operating since 1983.
If you’re looking for the greatest rock, pop, disco, soul and reggae hits from the 80s, 90s and 2000s, this is the place to go, where there’s no shortage of classics late into the night, so you can end on a high and sing your heart out.

Krystal Grand Club
African, Latin, Brazilian, American and European rhythms, depending on the program, mark the evenings at this great nightclub in the capital, one of the largest in this nightlife guide.
At the Krystal nightclub you’ll always find very lively evenings, with renowned DJs who promise to keep you on the dance floor until six in the morning.
