Brunch on the rooftop of Mama Shelter, which is one of our favorites, has become even more appetizing, especially since it has “gone up” a few floors to the terrace of this restaurant with rooms above.
We’re sure you’ll create a new ritual from now on, every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) in July and August, which will be the months when Mama Shelter’s brunch will go up to its – also famous – rooftop, for a unique gastronomic experience with one of the best views over the city of Lisbon.
A brunch to take you to heaven
Located on the ninth floor, this space offers a breathtaking panorama from São Jorge Castle to the 25 de Abril Bridge, in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
This time, one of the curiosities is that brunch is served exclusively à la carte, with options such as:
- Salmon Brunch (22€): smoked salmon, avocado mousse, lime, crème fraîche, tobiko roe and baby lettuce;
- Roast beef Brunch (22€): Black Angus roast beef with mustard, togarashi mayonnaise, rocket, coriander, chilli, red onion and Worcestershire sauce;
- Veggie Brunch (22€): oyster mushrooms, red cabbage, red onion, rocket and teriyaki sauce.
Each menu includes a Mimosa and flavored water, and there is also the possibility of creating personalized combinations, “Make it Simple”, with a variety of snacks.
More entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays
Outside the hours when these brunches are served, Mama Shelter’s rooftop invites you to other equally desirable moments:
- DJ sets on Fridays and Saturdays;
- signature cocktails;
- relaxation areas with Balinese beds and sun loungers, in a space that can accommodate 200 people.
