Presentations and documentaries
You may not remember it, but it’s a must whenever we go to a movie theater to see a film: the presentations of other films.
Well, at Cinema no Verão in Jardim do Torel, these screenings start at 8pm and are replaced by short films from the “Cinema de Palmo e Meio” program, aimed at families, and the documentary “Pelas Pessoas Sempre”, which shows the heritage and life of the Parish of Santo António, which sponsors these film screenings in Jardim do Torel.
You don’t even need to register for one of these screenings beforehand: it’s completely free and all you need to do is arrive at the Jardim do Torel lawn with a blanket or beach chair (to sit on if you can’t find a seat).
Address: Rua Júlio de Andrade (near Avenida metro station)
Opening times: until August 30th (at 8pm)
