The views from the highest point in Lisbon are breathtaking, with the castle and the historic center in the foreground and the Tagus River on the horizon.
There is a 13th-century chapel on the site , dedicated to Senhora do Monte.
Estufa Fria de Lisboa

Inspired by the romantic strolls of old, it still has many good spots for kissing.
Any bench under a leafy tree would be a good spot, but the best of all is probably the lake with its iconic rowboats.
São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint

Although this is a slightly more “mainstream” option, which means it’s full of tourists, the truth is that the São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint is still a classic and, clichés aside, a classic never fails.
From its heights, you can see the entire Avenida dos Restauradores and Avenida da Liberdade, as well as Baixa and the hill of the impressive São Jorge Castle. Try taking your date there at the end of the day to avoid the crowds and enjoy the colors of the sunset.
