Starting April 22, Mama Shelter Lisbon’s panoramic terrace is once again one of the capital’s most sought-after spots to enjoy the late-afternoon light, with a revamped culinary offering, refreshing cocktails, and plenty of celebration all in one place.
The opening party

The return of the sunsets will mark the reopening of its top floor and the arrival of “rooftop season,” with an unforgettable party on April 22 at 6 p.m.
DJ Sandro Silva will be curating the music, and to participate , you must register in advance online so you can be greeted with a “welcome drink.”
New menu: flavors of the world with a spirit of sharing

The new menu was designed without rules or order, encouraging you to order and share at the table in a relaxed way.
The cuisine is influenced by Peruvian chef José Luis Miranda, who has over three decades of experience in the culinary field.
The menu combines raw and grilled options, exploring flavors from the sea and the land. Among the standout dishes are:
- Oyster Bloody Mary served with Pisco Bloody Mary and Tobiko roe;
- Searedtuna tataki served with tamarind sauce;
- Grilled skirt steak (available in 300 g or 600 g portions), served with grilled zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and wedge potatoes;
- The house specialties, such as Mama Ceviche (which includes tiger’s milk);
- Taco Lovers, available in Porco Al Pastor and Panko Shrimp versions.
To extend the experience and accompany the dishes, the bar serves creations perfect for hot days, such as the tropical “Coco Cabaña” cocktail or the “Ice Ice Baby,” made with lemon sorbet, with a strong focus on a creative and sophisticated menu of “mocktails,” non-alcoholic options featuring botanical profiles and standout ingredients like basil, black tea, peach, or passion fruit.
