This year, your New Year’s Eve in Lisbon is going to be better than ever, with incredible places and parties where you can move on to 2025, as well as other places where watching the fireworks is simply magical. But do you already have an outfit to match this big party at the end of 2024? Relax, we’ve found a store where you can rent party clothes!
With a focus on sustainability and the circular economy, the new store for renting outfits for all kinds of events is just in time. Let’s find out where it is and what you can find there.
The new space for renting clothes for parties and many other occasions is called Not Ordinary Rental and is located in the cultural and commercial space 8 Marvila.
Not Ordinary Rental’s proposal comes at the best time of year, when everyone is already thinking about what outfit to wear for New Year’s Eve.
But it’s worth noting that in this store you can rent clothes and accessories not only for this time of year but also for other types of events, such as themed parties, festivals or artistic and photographic productions.
Carolina Minchetti, a Brazilian designer and model , and Tiago Santos, a flight attendant and fashion enthusiast, are the people behind this idea. Inspired by their experiences at iconic festivals such as Burning Man and Coachella, they have brought a creative and sustainable alternative to Lisbon.
Renting clothes for all tastes
The new space offers unique pieces that stand out for their style and originality, with sparkles that make anyone, men or women, stand out at any party or get-together.
And the best thing is that it’s not that expensive to rent clothes for any event at Not Ordinary Rental: prices start at 40 euros per complete set and can be worn for a week.
This is undoubtedly a way of saving money on clothes that you normally only wear once, on that special occasion.
