For the second year running, the four-star Lumen Hotel Lisboa has opened its iconic red pool to non-guests. The ‘BreakPool’ package includes not only the chance to take a dip, but also to enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
To guarantee your place, it is essential to book in advance, as capacity per morning is limited to ten people. The package costs €25 per person and is available until September 30, every morning from 8am to 2pm.

Sheraton Cascais Resort
At this luxury hotel in Cascais you can take advantage of the Family Pool Experience package , which will certainly turn into moments of pure family fun and relaxation.
Surrounded by pine trees and lush gardens, the outdoor pool has been designed to provide unforgettable days for children and adults alike, in a safe and comfortable environment, with spacious sun loungers and exclusive bar and snack services directly by the pool.
This family package can be enjoyed from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 7pm, for the modest sum of €190 (2 adults + 2 children up to 12 years old). But there is a more affordable option, the Pool Brunch, every Sunday from 12.30pm to 7pm, for €85 per person (€42.50 per child aged 4 to 12).

The Lisbon Marriott Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens, accessible to both guests and the general public.
You can opt for daily access for €37 (children under 4 don’t pay; from 5 to 12 pay half), perfect for a day of pure relaxation, or for the famous Pool Brunch at weekends, which includes a variedbuffet, live music, free parking and, of course, a towel to enjoy to the full, for €59.

The historic Palácio do Governador, in Belém, also opens the doors of its luxurious garden, where there is a large swimming pool, to all “urban vacationers”.
This invites you to take a dip in the outdoor pool overlooking the iconic Belém Tower. Daily use, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., is available for €50 (€25 for children aged 4 to 12) and includes a sun lounger, towel, a bottle of Earth Water and a 20% discount on drinks from the Pool Bar menu, which must be booked in advance.

If you dream of a more sophisticated atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the Tagus, the SUD Pool Experience is one of the trendiest places in Lisbon and probably the most “instagrammable” pool in the city. After all, the setting couldn’t be better, with the Tagus right next door and the 25 de Abril Bridge as a backdrop.
Between dives, which you can take from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 9pm, and on Sundays, from 10am to 6pm , there’s nothing better than enjoying the snacks and cocktails at the SUD Pool Lounge.
The price is 95 euros and includes access to the pool, a sun lounger or chaise longue, exclusive use of the changing room, locker, towels, bathrobe and slippers, snacks, natural juice and coffee (in the morning), sparkling wine flute or cocktail and water service (in the afternoon).

Lux Lisboa Park
In the Amoreiras area , the swimming pool at Lux Lisboa Park is one of the city’s best kept secrets.
This four-star hotel, between Rua Artilharia 1 and Parque Eduardo VII, hides a pool at the top, where there is also a jacuzzi and a cocktail bar with superb views over the capital.
It’s one of the most accessible pools in the city center, but there’s a catch: use of the pool by non-guests is subject to availability, so always call ahead.

Muchaxo Inn swimming pool
With a privileged view of the Guincho sea , this Lisbon swimming pool has salt water and is located at the Hotel Estalagem Muchaxo, but is open to non-guests during the summer season, between June 15 and September 15.
Embedded in the cliffs next to a 17th century fortress, it’s perfect for those who don’t like sand and a lot of mess. If you fancy a drink or a snack, there’ s also a small bar.
The Muchaxo pool has three different pricing options: on weekdays, from 10am to 6pm (adults for €22; children aged 2 to 12 for €14), and at weekends, from 10am to 7pm (adults for €25; children aged 2 to 12 for €16), with the prices getting cheaper depending on the time of entry.

Arribas Sintra Hotel
Prefer a seaside atmosphere? We have that too! This is one of the largest saltwater pools in Europe, 100 meters long! Yes, the water comes directly from the sea, so it’s not the warmest (between 19ºC and 24ºC), but at least there’s plenty of room for diving and swimming.
What’s more, the view of the sea and Praia Grande (Sintra) is incredible, perfect for photographs and for… making your friends jealous.
Oh, and there’s also a bar, as well as changing rooms and lockers, which always come in handy. Prices vary depending on the time of year and how long you’re in the pool, with prices in July and August, between 10am and 7.30pm, being €25 (adults over 9) and €16 for children aged 5 to 9. There is also a Family Pack for €70 (two adults + two children) and a series of 10 Pre-Paid days for €225 . All of them include a sun lounger with a mattress and a sun hat.

Close to the Estádio da Luz is the perfect spot where you can also combine brunch and a swim every weekend.
The pool is on the rooftop and is heated, ideal for enjoying a comforting late lunch with your family or friends.
It is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (except when Benfica play at home), and access to the pool is limited, taking into account its capacity. Between September and June it costs €28/person, and from July to August it increases by €10, with the right to a Brunch Board (Vegan option available); a hot drink and a cold drink and extras (for an additional fee).
