Unmissable Easter brunches in Lisbon
Lisbon has an incredible selection of Easter brunches, ideal for celebrating this special time with the family.
From hotels like the Lisbon Marriott Hotel, with varied menus and children’s activities, to lively options like the Mama Shelter Lisboa, these suggestions combine exciting flavors, welcoming atmospheres and even egg hunts for the little ones.
Folar and Ninho da Páscoa from A Padaria Portuguesa
Any Portuguese family’s Easter table is always full of sweets, and Folar in particular is one of the ‘stars’ of this time of year.
For this occasion, A Padaria Portuguesa presents two special proposals, produced in the Marvila and Bom Sucesso factories:
- Easter Folar – 4,95€/unit
- Easter nest – 19€/piece
Reservations: available online from April 11
Create creative projects with the children
Paint or do an egg hunt at home and in the garden, use egg-shaped half potatoes, or make colorful stamps for postcards that you can give to your children’s friends, among many other ideas that you can find here.
Special lunch at Capítulo Restaurant & Bar
Located in the Convent Square Hotel Vignette Collection, Capítulo Restaurant & Bar is hosting a special lunch on Easter Sunday, April 20, signed by Chef Celso Padeiro.
The menu includes starters and the main courses include, for example: cod confit in a wood-fired oven, or lamb stuffed with pine nuts, raisins and bacon, finished with a port wine and raspberry sauce.
For dessert, the choice is rice pudding with coconut milk and lemon verbena. In addition, an exclusive selection of wines will be served to harmonize the gastronomic experience.

At the Pica-Pau restaurant there will be two typical Easter classics available to order: roast kid with oven rice and sweet folar.
The kid for two costs €40, while the sweet folar costs €20. The dishes can be ordered until 1pm on April 16 here.
Orders can be collected directly from the restaurant on April 20, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

Lunch or dinner at Erva
If, instead of take-away, you’d rather get the family together at a restaurant table, Erva could be an option. The Lisbon restaurant has prepared a special menu, available for lunch and dinner on April 19 and 20.
To celebrate the festive season, the journey of flavors offers the following dishes:
- Octopus salad with peppers and coriander (€15)
