It’s called Lambe Lambe and it promises to be the most creative, inclusive and effervescent place in Cais do Sodré, more specifically in the well-known Rua Cor de Rosa.
It presents itself as a bar-gallery that stands out for the art on its walls, the DJ sessions, the food and, of course, the exclusive cocktails, in an innovative atmosphere, for everyone and always very lively.
In the heart of Cais do Sodré
This area of Lisbon is still the center of much of the nightlife (and daylife) in the capital. Lambe Lambe will be just one more option for you to visit, a place where you can listen to good music, appreciate art and “quench” your hunger… and thirst.
Installed where the iconic Povo used to be, in the heart of Rua Nova do Carvalho (better known as Pink Street), Lambe Lambe is a bar-gallery full of creativity inspired by the urban art of poster collage (hence the name Latin American Lambe Lambe) that will have its walls lined with different creative works every two months, through installations by guest artists: the first is Paulo Arraiano, who brings to Lambe Lambe works from his exhibition “Unless the water is safer than the land”, crossing art, landscape and technology in a poetic reflection on the sea as a refuge.
Music and a mouth-watering menu
Moving on to the sound and taste arts, at Lambe Lambe you’ll also have a very distinctive musical program, curated by Receba So, with live broadcasts from the radio station Placa Radio.
In the evening and throughout the night, DJs and producers (national and international) will perform incredible intimate DJ sets, making the whole atmosphere more relaxed.
On the menu, the pleasure continues with delicious smash burgers, snacks to share, selected wines and creative cocktails, where refreshing options perfect for summer shine, including the unmissable ice cream drinks.
