There are always many gastronomic novelties in the city of Lisbon, one of the most recent being the opening of a unit of O Forno do Leitão do Zé, in the heart of the capital.
Founded in Porto in 2013, the group has just arrived on Level 3 of Centro Vasco da Gama, one of the city’s best-known shopping centers. There, you can ‘devour’ the tradition and taste of Bairrada-style roast suckling pig.

On the menu, customers can enjoy Leitão Assado à Moda da Bairrada on the plate, in sandwiches with various combinations or in ready-to-eat savory dishes,” reads a statement sent to Lisboa Secreta.
With this new addition, Centro Vasco da Gama’s gastronomic offer now includes more traditional Portuguese dishes, in a modern and welcoming space.
