Christmas dinner at Viseversa (Hyatt Regency Lisboa)
The Hyatt Regency Lisboa stands out for its elegance and refinement, making it an option to consider for Christmas dinner. This is because, on the evening of December 24, the Viceversa restaurant, next to the hotel’s reception, is the setting for a complete gastronomic experience.
The Christmas buffet includes traditional dishes typical of the season, such as duck rice au gratin, roast lamb with rosemary, cod with bread and octopus rice, as well as vegetarian alternatives. The menu also includes various starters, fresh salads and comforting hot dishes.
To finish on a high note, the dessert table will be filled with French toast, king cake, mousses and drinks such as wines and sparkling wines.
Tasca da Memória Lisbon
With a 4.5 rating on Google, the gastronomic quality of Tasca da Memória is nothing new to anyone. Located next to the Igreja da Memória, in one of Lisbon’s most emblematic neighborhoods, the night of December 24 is synonymous with a delicious Christmas dinner.
To whet your appetite, the Christmas dinner starts with an artisanal couvert, followed by a selection of starters including codfish pataniscas and shrimp and coriander pastel. For the main courses, cod takes center stage and the turkey defies tradition.
The Christmas dinner ends with a Christmas dessert buffet and is priced at €95 per person, with drinks included (water, soft drinks, Kopke São Luiz White and Red, coffee and tea).

How about taking the family or your partner for Christmas in a five-star hotel? The Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa is promoting a special dinner on Christmas Eve, December 24.
For this themed experience in the Lobby Bistro, the menu has been designed to include all the delicacies of the season. As such, there are fresh salads, varied starters, hot dishes such as cod with sprouts, stuffed turkey and mushroom ravioli, seasonal side dishes and a roast veal show cooking.
To end the evening on a high note, there are several desserts, such as Christmas log, panettone and raspberry pavlova. In addition, the following drinks are included in the menu: Sheraton selection wines, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea.

Christmas is synonymous with sharing family moments, but also with solidarity. That’s why Lisbon’s emblematic Palácio Chiado restaurant is promoting a Christmas dinner in solidarity, designed to be shared as a couple.
The new chef at Palácio Chiado, André Pinto, has prepared a menu with a fixed price of €90 (for two people), which includes: smoked cod coscorão (starter); lechal lamb paletilla (main course); and orange sponge cake and vanilla ice cream.
It should be noted that €5 from the menu goes directly to the Salvador Association, which works for the inclusion of people with motor disabilities, boosting their talents and equal opportunities.

Christmas menu at Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa
Throughout the month, the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa has a special Christmas menu available in the restaurant and through the catering service. To start, you can choose between two salads, the classic Caesar Salad or a fresh Berry Salad.
The main courses include several alternatives, such as: slow-roasted turkey with vegetables; pork ribs; breaded chicken; New York steak and much more. To finish, the suggested dessert is apple cheesecake with caramel. All this can be accompanied by themed cocktails such as the Autumn Apple Fizz or the Blackberry Rocker

More and more hotels are trying to attract not only guests, but also local visitors to enjoy their gastronomic experiences. At the InterContinental Lisbon, the Christmas dinner on December 24th has several delicacies in store.
