Also known as Quiz Nights or Trivia Nights, these events take place in various types of establishments, namely bars, restaurants or small cafés, involving interested customers in a game of questions and answers.
Played in teams, the aim at Quiz Nights is to correctly answer as many questions as possible, and the topics are diverse, ranging from general culture to more specific subjects.
One thing is for sure: fun for all the players, who compete with friends from the tables next door to find out who knows best.
Quiz bars usually organize this type of “contest” once a week. They often even offer prizes to the smartest teams, from free drinks to discounts.

Quimera Brewpub has won over fans with its monthly quiz nights, known as QUIZMERA, led by Emanuel Canoilas and Carim Vali, two nerds with a passion for general culture, who challenge participants to put their brains to the test without resorting to online research.
The quizzes are open to groups of 2 to 6 people and promise moments of fun, conviviality and healthy competition. As well as the prestige of winning, the winners have access to incredible prizes, including first-class boat trips with a welcome drink on the Tagus, aboard the famous Sardinha do Tejo, considered the best boat trip on the river.
