If you missed the first edition, mark the new date for Mama Shelter’s Après-Ski party in your calendar: it will take place on February 26 and will start on the rooftop, ending at 1 a.m . in the Mama Shelter restaurant.
Alpine chalet with raclette, DJs, and mountain vibes in the heart of the city
The Mama Shelter rooftop will once again be transformed into an authentic alpine ski resort, where there will be no shortage of famous raclettes, signature fondues, mulled wine, and a dance floor animated by DJ sets.
Melted cheese and flavors of French terroir
One of the main protagonists of this party will, unsurprisingly, be cheese; Mama Shelter has reinforced its commitment to quality through a partnership with Fromagerie Maître Renard, a specialist in farmhouse and raw milk cheeses, which promises to bring the best of French terroirs to this rooftop overlooking the seven hills of the capital.
The menu also includes classic cheese fondues served in artisan bread and the emblematic raclette, which promises to delight the most avid fans of melted cheese. Pork sandwiches and charcuterie boards will also be on the table, ideal for sharing with friends.
A more complete experience
If you’re looking for an even more complete Après-Ski experience, the new addition is a sit-down dinner (reservation only), with the Classic Fondue Menu (€35 per person), which includes an appetizer, fondue, charcuterie, wine, and chocolate mousse.
Okay, but is that not enough? No problem, because you can celebrate in style with the Upgrade Menu (€59 per person), which replaces wine with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne.
You can have all this and more : mulled wine, braziers to toast your marshmallows, and a dance floor brought to life by DJ beats, starting on the rooftop with DJ Jess Soveral. When the clock strikes 10 p.m., the party moves down to the restaurant with DJ Vill taking control until 1 a.m.
But that’s not all! We’ve heard that if you show up in ski clothes and accessories (or are registered on the official guest list), you’ll also receive a free welcome drink from Veuve Clicquot upon arrival.
