
Chef Marlene Vieira’s restaurant Zunzum and Cervejeira Dois Corvos have teamed up to offer you a week full of tasty things, with Francesinha Week, which will take place at this restaurant near Santa Apolónia station between February 2 and 9.
There are five francesinha recipes belonging to the renowned Portuguese chef, who has “called in” the no less well-known craft beers from the Dois Corvos brand for a pairing that looks set to be sublime.
Five unique recipes
At this gastronomic event, which promises to surprise all lovers of this specialty from Porto, you’ll be able to taste five exclusive versions of this famous dish, each with an innovative and distinctive twist.
These delicacies will be available at the Zunzum restaurant throughout the day of Francesinha Week, in the company of Dois Corvos beers, guaranteeing the ideal pairing for tasting any of these five specialties.
If you drop by for dinner on February 5, you may well bump into the producers of these craft beers, as they will be there to answer any questions you may have.
Among the five options you can try are the Francesinha Clássica, the Francesinha de Atum e Camarão, the Francesinha Alentejana, the Francesinha Vegetariana and the already famous Francesinha Açoriana, the latter made with typical ingredients from that archipelago, such as bolo lêvedo, São Jorge cheese and Azorean beef steak.
All the dishes are served with the traditional fried egg and fries and have a single price of €18.
