Lux Lisboa Park
The swimming pool at Lux Lisboa Park is one of the city’s best kept secrets.
This four-star hotel between Rua Artilharia 1 and Parque Eduardo VII hides a swimming pool at the top, where there is also a Jacuzzi and a cocktail bar.
It’s one of the most accessible pools in the city center, but there’s a catch: use of the pool by non-guests is subject to availability, so you should always call ahead.

Altis Belém Hotel & SPA
This five-star hotel in Belém gives you access not only to the outdoor pool (the sun deck), but also to the spa, where there is a spectacular indoor pool.

Oeiras Ocean Swimming Pool
Next to the marina, with the sea right next to it, it is one of the most popular pools in Greater Lisbon.
It has an area for children and a VIP zone, as well as sun loungers that will keep you relaxed for many hours. It also has a modern, very comfortable bar.

Muchaxo Inn swimming pool
With a privileged view of the Guincho sea, this swimming pool in Lisbon has salt water and is located in the Hotel Estalagem Muchaxo, but is open to non-guests.

Arribas Sintra Hotel
This is one of the largest saltwater pools in Europe! Yes, the water comes directly from the sea, so it’s not the warmest (between 19ºC and 24ºC), but at least there’s plenty of room for diving and swimming.
What’s more, the view of the sea and Praia Grande (Sintra) is incredible, perfect for photographs and for … making your friends jealous.
Ah! There’s also a bar, as well as changing rooms and lockers, which always come in handy. Prices vary depending on the time of year and how long you’re in the pool.

Here, you can even rent a bed right in front of the pool and ask them to bring you a cocktail or a snack. If you prefer a more composed meal, a restaurant is also available.
