June in Lisbon is synonymous with decorated neighborhoods, the smell of pork sandwiches and the smoke from grilled sardines, and the scent of basil wafting through the streets of the capital.
This year, Bairro Alto is getting ready to celebrate the Popular Saints with even more days and a fresh new vibe: from June 3 to 28, the Arraial da Misericórdia will take over the São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint, combining the best of traditional Portuguese cuisine with a musical lineup that promises to draw crowds to the historic heart of the capital.
The musical lineup brings together popular legends and renowned DJs

The musical lineup for Arraial da Misericórdia once again features big names on the national scene, including must-see acts like Quim Barreiros, Toy, and Rosinha, all of whom have been confirmed to headline some of the month’s most popular nights, bringing the energy and humor characteristic of their live performances:
- Sound Muppets: June 3 at 9 p.m.
- Quim Barreiros: June 11 at 9 p.m.
- DJ Ayasha: June 12 at 10:30 p.m.
- St. Anthony’s Night: June 13 with DJ Diego Miranda until 3 a.m.
- Toy: June 16 at 9 p.m.
- Groove Brothers: June 19 at 9 p.m.
- Rosinha: June 26 at 9 p.m.
However, the festival isn’t limited to pimba music. The lineup makes room for the irreverence of The Sound Muppets and the electronic beats of the Groove Brothers.
Another major highlight of the lineup is the presence of internationally renowned DJs, such as Diego Miranda, who will be in charge of hosting the iconic Noite de Santo António (June 13) until 3 a.m., and DJ Ayasha, ensuring a seamless transition between the traditional atmosphere and the contemporary dance floor.
