This year marks the 20th anniversary of one of Greater Lisbon’s most iconic jazz festivals , Out Jazz, which this edition features some new additions and many surprises, with the outdoor concerts remaining completely free.
The festival kicked off on May 3 at Parque dos Poetas, an area where many took the opportunity to enjoy nature, listen to good music, and, of course, unwind.

What’s new in the 2026 edition
The celebrations marking two decades of Out Jazz bring some new features that will change the dynamics of this unique music festival.
For 20 years , we’ve been used to enjoying the various concerts while sitting or lying on the grass, but this year, the organizers decided to expand the entire experience:

Who will take the stage in May?
The lineup for the commemorative edition of Out Jazzhas already been announced, and once again, it promises a musical journey ranging from classic jazz to more contemporary rhythms, with performances starting at 5 p.m. and continuing until sunset.
