We already know the lineup for CineConchas, one of Lisbon’s most popular open-air cinemas. The nine free film screenings will take place over just nine days, from June 25 to July 11, in the garden of Quinta das Conchas and will entertain all ages.
The usual outdoor movie marathon appeals to those seeking culture and entertainment without spending money, taking place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Screenings always start at the same time: 9:45 PM.

What you need to know before you go

The concept of CineConchas is completely informal. There are no reserved seats or tickets to pick up. Just bring a towel or blanket, pick a good spot on the lawn, and watch the giant screen.
Many Lisbon residents take advantage of the late afternoon to bring a picnic and have dinner on the grass before the movie starts.
Since the event usually draws hundreds of people to each screening, arriving a little early is the best way to ensure a good view of the screen.
To get there, the nearest metro station is Quinta das Conchas (Yellow Line). There are also several Carris bus options (such as the 717, 736, or 796) and GIRA network stops nearby, making access simple and hassle-free when it comes to parking.
