There’s another Manteigaria in Lisbon, one of the latest places to join our pastéis de nata route.
The new Manteigaria pastéis de nata store has opened in Príncipe Real, one of Lisbon’s most cosmopolitan and vibrant neighborhoods. It is located at Rua da Escola Politécnica 13, and reinforces the brand’s presence in the capital, promising to win over even more Lisboners and tourists.
Known for being one of thecoolest neighborhoods in Europe, known for its cultural, gastronomic and historical richness, with the arrival of Manteigaria, it gains a new attraction, which is the experience of tasting a pastel de nata fresh from the oven while watching the entire artisanal manufacturing process.
For Jaime Soares, General Manager of Manteigaria,
Opening the doors of another factory is always very rewarding. Príncipe Real clearly identifies with the Manteigaria brand and this is a new opportunity to bring the taste and magic of this product to more Portuguese and visitors.”
As in practically all of this brand’s stores, as well as being able to eat on the spot, accompanied by the traditional drinks of coffee, port wine or sour cherry, you can also take your pastéis de nata home in takeaway boxes.
With this opening, there are now 10 Manteigaria spaces in Lisbon: Belém , Parque das Nações , Saldanha , Rua Augusta , among other locations, including Paris, Madrid and Macau.
Address: Rua da Escola Politécnica 13 (Príncipe Real)
