This summer’s most unforgettable sunsets start today , August 7, and continue until September 10, with over a month of parties with creative cocktails, spicy cuisine and a musical program to suit all tastes.
The “Mama Hot Summer” events will take place on the famous rooftop of the restaurant-that-is-a-hotel, Mama Shelter, and promise to offer an unmissable program that will turn late afternoons and evenings into real fun experiences in the city, with lots of music, spicy flavours and entertainment for all ages.
From Wednesday to Sunday
For five days a week (until September 10), Mama Shelter invites everyone to experience summer in a different way, with fantastic sunsets that create unforgettable scenes for all those who have chosen the capital for their vacations, or who are still here before enjoying them.
With free entry, these parties kick off on Thursdays with Rubem da Cruz (from 7pm), followed by Mary Cardoso and DJ Swingueiro, who are sure to get everyone dancing.
On Sundays, there will always be live music, with artists such as Scardini and Rafafa, who promise to say goodbye to weekends in Lisbon in style, with performances ranging from Chill to Soul.
What’s on the menu?
Chef José Miranda has created a special menu for this occasion, the “Hot Season”, featuring four homemade spicy sauces, one of which is very daring and only reserved for the bravest.
To accompany these delights, you can choose from tacos, nachos with guacamole, spicy ceviches and boards to share, along with the no less spicy Margarita, Moscow Mule and Paloma cocktails.
