It’s true, and we were already looking forward to it: Lisbon’s largest panoramic terrace, the already iconic IDB Rooftop, will soon reopen for the 2025 summer season.
Among the new features already confirmed in a press release to our newsroom, the highlight is a renewed program, this time curated by the Portuguese brand Mīrārī.
The reopening… and the new offers!
The reopening of the capital’s largest rooftop will take place on May 15 and, as always, it will offer you a global experience combining art, gastronomy, culture and sport, in a giant 3,000 m² space next to Parque das Nações.
In the new phase of this rooftop, you’ll find a number of art-related novelties, including an installation by Portuguese artist Krus; an immersive experience by French digital artist MAOTIK; and an exhibition by Dan Ghenacia in the cockpit of an old ATR 42-600 airplane.
As far as food and drink is concerned, the offer has also been expanded, with Chef Dedé this time dedicating himself to smash burgers; as well as other proposals: Gyra Sol (kebabs in homemade pita); Madam Bo in partnership with Ballzy( Asiandumplings and iced mochis ); and Irmão, known for its wood-fired pizzas.

As for the musical entertainment, get ready because this summer you’ll have Jazz sessions at sunset on Thursdays; DJ sets on Friday and Saturday nights; as well as various other musical attractions on Sundays.
Families will never be left out of this summer program, which is why MiniRari (creative and tactile events) will be one of the highlights of the season, promoting interaction and fun between young and old.
In the area of sport, IDB Rooftop will maintain its outdoor classes in functional training, cycling and yoga, as well as renovating the skateboarding area, which will continue to offer classes for all ages.
What is IDB Rooftop?

It is the largest panoramic terrace in Lisbon and offers a completely unobstructed view, a restaurant with a delicious range of drinks and food, and the possibility of playing sports.
Not to mention that it’s one of the best places to go with friends, family and children, who will love running and playing all over the giant space.
