The prestigious Alivetaste festival, which brings together chefs and wines, makes its debut in Lisbon in the gardens of the Corinthia Hotel.
This is the first time the capital is hosting this event, considered by many to be one of the most exclusive food and wine gatherings in the country, with the setting chosen for its debut in the city being the gardens of the Corinthia Lisbon, on May 4, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Haute cuisine and signature wines

It will be five consecutive hours of tasting the finest dishes of Portuguese cuisine prepared by 15 renowned chefs, with these tastings accompanied by wines from approximately 25 producers across various regions of Portugal.
Alivetaste’s goal is to promote direct sharing between those who create and those who consume our distinctive and valuable products, from the freshest ingredients to the purest grape varieties.
Therefore, everyone will be invited to observe the technique and precision behind each dish; while the wine experience, coordinated by the renowned sommelier Manuel Moreira, ensures an educational and pleasurable journey through Portuguese grape varieties.
Wines, food, and fashion

The moment that promises to be one of the highlights of the afternoon will be the fashion show of the new Prochef collection, titled “Fragments of Nature.”
This collection focuses on the circular economy, using repurposed fabrics and forgotten materials to create uniforms and contemporary design pieces, demonstrating that the hospitality and restaurant industry is in tune with the planet’s “needs” for sustainability, combining aesthetics with ecological responsibility.
If you want to be part of this exclusive “celebration”—a first for the capital— tickets are very limited and available for €120.
Whether to discover a new wine from a small Douro estate or to sample an award-winning chef’s signature dish in a relaxed atmosphere, Alivetaste is a must-attend event on any food enthusiast’s May calendar .
