Traffic has been restored on the Northern Line for long-distance trains between Braga and Lisbon.

After the disruption caused by Storm Kristin, rail traffic is beginning to return to normal. Since Tuesday morning, February 3, long-distance service between Braga and Lisbon has been restored.

According to information on the official website of CP – Comboios de Portugal, last updated at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, the Minho Line has also resumed operations, and Intercity service on the Beira Alta Line is expected to resume shortly .

Some lines remain suspended

Although the above-mentioned services have resumed, the truth is that some lines remain suspended due to the damage caused by the passage of the Kristin depression, namely:

Coimbra urban lines
Douro Line – between Régua and Pocinho
Oeste Line
