Snow White and the Mirror of the World
The musical “Snow White and the Mirror of the World” is an adaptation of the Brothers Grimm classic to modern times, and will take place on the stage of Parque Mayer in Lisbon.
This musical will tackle themes such as diversity, inclusion and bullying in a magical show for the whole family, who will be able to travel through a dream scenario for 60 minutes, with actors, actresses, dancers and acrobats of all shapes and sizes.
“Snow White and the Mirror of the World”, with an original soundtrack, has the artistic direction of actor Ricardo Castro, as happened with “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”, a musical that was recorded for RTP 1 in 2022.
Pinocchio – A Musical Adventure
“Pinocchio” is a story about a wooden doll who dreams of becoming a real boy. One day, a blue fairy brings Pinocchio to life, but he needs to learn to be good and honest in order to become a real boy.
This musical adaptation of Carlo Collodi’s “The Adventures of Pinocchio” will immerse you in the story of one of the most famous characters in children’s literature, with a story that tells the values of kindness and honesty, the power of love and the importance of family.
The dawn I was waiting for
The first musical to bring together singers, songwriters and friends Bárbara Tinoco and Carolina Deslandes opens on Valentine’s Day, February 14.
The musical “The Dawn I Was Expecting” brings to the stage a classic and universal love story, where the protagonists are forced to face the conflict between what they feel and what they believe.
Starring Bárbara Tinoco, Carolina Deslandes – who also wrote the show’s music – and Diogo Branco, the cast also includes Brienne Keller, Dinarte Branco, JP Costa, João Maria Pinto, Jorge Mourato, José Lobo, Maria Henrique, Mariana Lencastre and a live band.
The original text was written by Hugo Gonçalves and directed by Ricardo da Rocha, in a show that will be on stage from February 14 to April 28 at Teatro Maria Matos.
