After all, another edition of the Óbidos International Chocolate Festival is back .
With the splendor of one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Europe, this gastronomic festival is a delight not only for those with a sweet tooth, but also for art enthusiasts, as this is the theme of the 2026 edition. Here, there are many activities waiting for you, with this year’s big news being the Chocolate Art Museum.
What will you find?

The Óbidos International Chocolate Festival program is extensive, including attractions for children and adults alike. The presence of renowned international names, chocolate sculptures, and live sculptures are some of the highlights, but not the only ones.
In the walled village, there is space for more than 80 presentations, show cooking, creative workshops, professional competitions, and even a chocolate market where you can take home some of the best delicacies you will find here.

The 22nd edition of the Óbidos International Chocolate Festival will be open from Friday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. General admission tickets cost €10 for ages 12 and up and €8 for children ages 3 to 11. However, there are other options available, which can be found on the event’s official website.
