Brunch has long since ceased to be a mere ‘fad’ and has become part of the daily life of many Lisbon residents (and not only). That’s why, for those who appreciate the best of this world, we’re sharing something new: Hollywood Brunch, at the InterContinental Lisbon.
The themed brunch, inspired by a real movieset, will take place on October 5 (Sunday), from 12 noon to 3 pm, combining iconic flavors with an atmosphere worthy of a red carpet.
Hollywood Brunch highlights
Every gastronomic moment has been thought out in detail, so to start with the refreshing Hollywood Salads:
- La Scala Salad
- Smoked turkey salad in Josper with Granny Smith apples and ranch dressing
- Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing
- Potato salad with smoked salmon, fennel and dill
In the hot dishes category, the stars are the salmon with garlic butter and maple syrup, Eggs Benedict and the unmissable Mac & Cheese, Hollywood Burger and Hollywood Shrimp Dog.
For a complete Hollywood Brunch, you can’t miss the breakfast station with lemon cupcakes, rose and cranberry frozen yogurt and lots of desserts.
However, the famous star is the pancake, waffle and crepe station. What’s more, the kids haven’t been forgotten, as they can have fun in a bouncy castle and with face painting.
