It’s that time of year when you start to think about summer and the efforts you’ll have to make to “burn off” the stubborn calories that accumulated over Christmas or while you “hibernated” on your sofa doing nothing.
I confess that I’m not a great fan of training indoors. I like doing sports or exercising outdoors more, but after writing this text, it’s quite possible that you’ll give these gyms in Lisbon another try.
These usually enclosed spaces are places where we can make the most of our physique, improving our well-being and health by leaps and bounds.
That’s why this article comes in handy, because in the next few lines we’re going to give you a list of some of the best gyms in Lisbon.

One of the best known and most frequented is the one at Centro Colombo, where you can do more than 20 different disciplines in more than 100 classes a week.
In the two types of subscription, which differ in terms of equipment, both Solinca Classic, with a pool, sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi, and Solinca Light, you will always have access to plans adapted to your training goals, group classes (including all Les Mills classes), and the support of the best fitness professionals in the country.

The Code
One of the reasons I don’t go to gyms is that they can be very crowded .
But this is a situation you won’t find at The Code, which is characterized by being a boutique gym, whose emphasis is on giving more attention and exclusivity to its member-clients.
Perhaps that’s why it has a smaller number of training options: Combust, Intense, Pure Ride, Ride Up, Collide, Improve Collide, Suspende and High Performance.

Life Club Academy
In Lisbon since 2006, the Life Club Academy is a fitness benchmark in the city, with locations in Santos, Estádio da Luz and Colinas do Cruzeiro.
One of the reasons many people flock to this gym in Lisbon is its privileged view of the Tagus River at the Santos location and the view of the pitch at the Benfica stadium.
There are a huge number of classes on offer, from TRX circuits to high-intensity Hiit workouts, cycling classes, bodycombat, bodypump and power training.
