No plans for the weekend? On September 12 and 13 (Friday and Saturday, respectively) you can ‘dive’ for free in some of Lisbon’s iconic spaces, such as the Águas Livres Aqueduct and the Amoreiras 360º Panoramic View.
According to a press release sent to Lisboa Secreta, these free visits are part of the European Heritage Days 2025 program.

How to take part?
Although the initiative is free, it requires compulsory prior registration subject to vacancies, which can be done by calling +351 218 100 215. However, before you do, it’s important to learn more about the program.
To begin with, under the motto “Architectural Heritage: Windows to the Past, Doors to the Future”, the tour starts at 4pm at the Águas Livres Aqueduct, one of Lisbon’s most impressive monuments.
After that, and for two hours, the visit continues to the emblematic Amoreiras 360º Panoramic View, where at 174 meters above sea level you can contemplate one of the best views of the capital. To finish on a high note, you can also go up to the terrace of the Mãe d’Água Reservoir.
