Padaria Portuguesa is once again innovating and this time it is bringing new dishes of the day to all those looking for a quick and nutritious lunch, to eat from Monday to Friday.
With different proposals every day, this Lisbon venue now offers a tasty, quick and affordable lunch, as each of these meals costs just €7.99.
A different dish for every day of the week
Every day of the week, from Monday to Friday, you can try a different dish, especially some Portuguese delicacies:
- Monday: Duck Rice with Salad
- Tuesday: Salmon and Vegetable Farfalle
- Wednesday: Turkey Steaks with Mushrooms and White Rice
- Thursday: Cod with cream and sautéed sprouts
- Friday: Shrimp Curry and White Rice
The menu is very rich and nutritious, with dishes that seem to appeal to most people, given the ingredients they are made with, all of which are part of the lexicon of traditional national cuisine.
At a “very economical” price
The dishes of the day are in direct competition with the various Executive Menus scattered all over the city, especially because they are usually much cheaper than these, although they don’t always offer drinks, desserts and coffee.
This is also the case with the daily specials at Padaria Portuguesa, because each dish costs almost €8, but if you want to add a drink, for example the juice of the day, you have to shell out an extra €1.50. If you add dessert and a coffee to that, we could be talking about 10-11€, which still isn’ t bad.
The aim of this bakery is to make this meal of the day even more practical and accessible for all those who live and work in the city near one of these establishments.
Let’s remember that relatively recently, the same brand launched a breakfast campaign, these too at very competitive prices.
