
The restaurant with the hotel above is once again innovating, this time with two parties that promise a lot of fun and revelry, or were we not at the most fun time of the year, Carnival.
The Carnival experiences at Mama Shelter, which promise to be unforgettable, will take place on March 2 and 3, and are inspired by the carnival spirit of Rio de Janeiro, with lots of music, flavors and fun.
Themed Brunch and Masked Ball
On the first day, March 2, Mama Shelter’s restaurant opens its doors for a special brunch designed for the whole family, including four-legged friends, inviting everyone to enjoy a buffet full of Brazilian flavors.
Among the options are dishes such as Feijoada à Brasileira, Barriga de Porco, Farofa, Banana Frita and the traditional Pães de Queijo. For vegetarians, there are alternatives such as Vegetable Kebabs and Fresh Salads.
For children, activities such as face painting, balloon modeling and a mini costume parade are being prepared .
The brunch runs from 12 noon to 4pm and costs €40 for adults and €15 for children aged 5 to 12.
On Monday night, March 3, Carnival at Mama Shelter is transformed into a real sambadrome with a lively masked ball, featuring the Samba Dubom band, which will bring the contagious rhythm of samba and pagode, while DJ Ana Lauriz promises to keep the dance floor lively until the early hours.
There will also be performances by carnival dancers and themed decorations to complete the festive atmosphere.
The event will also include a masquerade competition, rewarding the most creative costumes; exclusive cocktails and an LED dance floor, to ensure a fun and memorable evening.
