The “Surf Village” will be a four-star destination, through a tourist development of excellence that offers a maximum capacity of 144 beds, distributed across 56 accommodation units of various types, especially in the formats of T0, T1, and T2 bungalows.
The complex will also house a restaurant, the 58 Surf shop, a skatepark, padel courts, beach tennis, a gym, a surf school, and several green areas with spaces for corporate events, in what could be a true leisure and wellness destination for families, tourists, and athletes.
