The 9th edition of Poster Mostra returned to Marvila since June 1, in an exhibition that will be available to the public until September 1, with several posters installed on the walls of some buildings, which you can visit while strolling through the “industrialized” streets of this neighborhood, which is increasingly a stopping point for art and creativity in the city.
In Lisbon’s best-known open-air gallery, which is also free during the three summer months, this year you’ll be able to see posters by guest artists such as David Carson, graphic designer and art director; Kid Richards, photographer and musician; Kampus, illustrator and creator of the famous Sausage character; Cláudia Pascoal, a Portuguese singer and songwriter who became known at Eurovision; Masanori Ushiki, a Japanese illustrator who focuses on original characters; A Culpa do Joni Artista, with his interventionist work; and Maxime Chanet, a photographer from Clube Recriativo, a strategy, design and communication studio, among others, a total of 20.
Live creativity
Poster Mostra has always fostered the discovery of new talents in the field of art and creativity, and this exhibition challenges amateurs and professionals to create impactful visual messages in poster format.
