There are exhibitions and experiences… and then there are unforgettable initiatives such as “From there: Cybernetics”. In Lisbon since November 9, you can (re)visit the most surrealist works of art you’ve ever seen, by the genius Salvador Dalí. An ideal activity for the whole family, from kids to adults… and until the end of June tickets at just €10.
This is the first time Lisbon has been able to see some of the famous painter’s best-known works, especially given the way this journey is made. “Dalí: Cybernetics” is a futuristic digital exhibition, which will be at the Immersivus Gallery, in the Mãe D’Água Reservoir in Amoreiras, until September 1st.
An incredible futuristic journey
Salvador Dalí is one of the most renowned and eccentric painters of the 20th century. Known for his surrealist works, full of enigmatic meanings, Lisboners can admire his works more closely, in a large immersive exhibition where you can even “enter” the mind of the Catalan artist.
The exhibition “Dalí: Cybernetics” is a Portugal Agenda event with an international creation by the creative studio Layers of Reality. It is licensed by the Gala – Salvador Dalí Foundation, which in recent years has been working on the use of Dalí’s works in the field of digital arts.
Get ready for “Dalí: Cybernetics”, enter the metaverse through an interdimensional digital art portal, which will bring you face-to-face with the incredible and surreal work of this artist, giving you various perspectives on his thinking, still unknown to many.
360º projections, interactive installations and virtual reality
The immersive exhibition “Dalí: Cybernetics” it may well be the most futuristic that Lisbon has ever hosted, with large-scale 360º projections, interactive zones and even virtual reality technologies will make you travel, in an impactful and visually stunning way, to Dalí’s parallel universes, in a play of lights and colors that will exponentiate all your senses to discover the mysteries behind Dalí’s paintings.
We’re sure that even if you don’t know the artistic works of this genius, born on May 11, 1904, in Figueres (Girona), you’ll be amazed at everything the master of surrealism was able to do in his lifetime, having pioneered the use of digital tools in the creation of his works.
