Os trabalhadores do setor público português vão começar as celebrações cristãs mais cedo, graças à tolerância de ponto na Páscoa, esta quinta-feira, dia 28 de março, à tarde.
Como já deves saber, este ano a Páscoa celebra-se a 31 de março, sendo que esta medida visa facilitar a deslocação dos trabalhadores que pretendem passar o período festivo com as suas famílias, muitas das quais residem fora das suas zonas habituais de trabalho.
A tolerância de ponto na Páscoa é uma tradição que se costuma repetir-se anualmente, refletindo a importância do feriado religioso no país e o reconhecimento do Governo pela necessidade de promover o convívio familiar nesta época.
Quem tem direito?
Esta tolerância de ponto aplica-se apenas aos funcionários dos serviços de administração direta do Estado e também aos institutos públicos, sendo que nem todos podem usufruir desta regalia pelo facto de existirem serviços e organismos que, devido à sua natureza e importância para o interesse público, deverão manter-se operacionais, como hospitais, forças de segurança e outros serviços essenciais que não podem ser interrompidos.
São, por isso, esperados alguns constrangimentos nas estradas portuguesas, que terão uma maior afluência de trânsito durante esta tarde e também no fim de semana.
Preparativos para a Páscoa
Com esta data a aproximar-se, as comunidades por todo o país começam já a preparar as tradicionais celebrações, que incluem missas, procissões e outros eventos culturais e religiosos que marcam esta importante festividade no calendário cristão.
