Dos muitos ciclos de cinema ao ar livre que acontecem por esta altura, poucos conseguem ter uma envolvência tão incrível como o “Esplendor na Relva”. Este ano, os filmes no escurinho da noite regressam aos jardins do Palácio de Monserrate, em Sintra, com os clássicos do século XX.
A terceira edição do evento acontece entre 2 e 31 de agosto com duas dezenas e películas dedicadas aos “heróis da sétima arte”, quase sempre às sextas e sábados à noite. A seleção de filmes ficou a cargo do cineasta João Mário Grilo.
O ciclo arranca com o clássico “Casablanca”, de Michael Curtiz (sexta-feira, dia 2); seguindo-se “Annie Hall”, de Woody Allen, no sábado à noite. Nos fins de semana seguintes poderás ver, entre outros títulos, “Taxi Driver”, de Martin Scorcese; “2001: Odisseia no Espaço”, de Stanley Kubrick; “Os Salteadores da Arca Perdida”, de Steven Spielberg; “Superman”, de Richard Donner e “O Exterminador Implacável”, de James Cameron.
Nessas noites, o Palácio de Monserrate e a Casa de Chá de Monserrate estarão abertos entre as 20h00 e as 21h30.
Como nas edições anteriores, aos sábados à meia noite também haverá sessões mistério, no auditório do Palácio, onde serão exibidos cinco filmes surpresa, revelados apenas no momento.
Já aos domingos à tarde (16h00) acontecem as matinés infantis, igualmente no auditório, com clássicos da animação, como “Justin e a Espada da Coragem”, “Tarzan” ou “Asterix: O Domínio dos Deuses”.
Os bilhetes para as sessões noturnas e mistério custam entre 5€ (jovens) e 10€ (adultos), enquanto os filmes infantis estão incluídos no bilhete de visita ao Parque e Palácio de Monserrate (entrada condicionada à capacidade da sala). Mais informações aqui.
