Definitivamente, os franceses renderam-se a Portugal e a Lisboa. Depois do nosso brilharete no Guia Michelin, agora é a “La Liste” a reconhecer a excelência dos nossos restaurantes.
Este é um ranking mundial, criado por Laurent Fabius, antigo ministro francês dos Negócios Estrangeiros, que reúne as avaliações de quase 600 guias de 180 países. Depois, atribui uma nota final a cada um dos espaços, numa percentagem que vai de 0 a 100%.
A lista de 2019 conta com três restaurantes da região de Lisboa e é liderada pelo Belcanto, de José Avilez, com 90,25%. Segue-se a Fortaleza do Guincho, de Gil Fernandes, com 83,70%, e o Feitoria, do chef João Rodrigues, com 82%, que entrou pela primeira vez nesta lista.
A estes, juntam-se mais seis restaurantes no resto do país, com destaque para o The Ocean, em Porches (Algarve), que lidera os representantes nacionais pelo terceiro ano consecutivo. A casa do chef Hans Neuner recebeu uma avaliação de 96%.
Entre os melhores restaurantes estão também o Il Gallo d’Oro (91,50%), no Funchal, o The Yeatman (90,25%), em Vila Nova de Gaia, o Vila Joya (84,75%), em Albufeira, o Henrique Leis (80%), também em Almancil, e o Largo do Paço (80%), em Amarante.
A lista internacional é encabeçada pelo restaurante parisiense Guy Savoy (99,75%), pelo nova-iorquino Le Bernardin (99,75%) e pelo Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, também em Paris (99,50%).
