Anyone who saw Jungle at the MEO Arena on October 24 already knows what to expect: a night of dancing from start to finish.
The London-based band returns to Lisbon in 2027, this time for a live outdoor performance on the NOS Stage on July 8, the opening day of NOS Alive’27.
They join The Strokes, The Neighbourhood, and Beirut, who were already confirmed for the same day.
“Sunshine,” the album that brings the band to Lisbon

Jungle formed in 2013 in London. Tom McFarland and J Lloyd founded the group, and Lydia Kitto has been a member since 2024.
They blend modern disco, soul, and hip-hop with mesmerizing visuals. Their self-titled debut album, released in 2014, reached the UK Top 10. It was followed by *For Ever* (2018) and *Loving In Stereo* (2021).
In 2026, the band released *Sunshine*, featuring 11 new songs. The album maintains its blend of soul, disco, hip-hop, and electronic music, but embraces a warmer, more open sound, grounded in exuberant harmonies. The lyrics speak of connections between people, hope, and acceptance.
The subsequent world tour sold out several dates at major venues, including the O2 in London and the MEO Arena in Lisbon. At this Lisbon concert, “Back On 74,” the band’s biggest hit, was part of the setlist.
