Honest Greens opened its largest restaurant in Portugal this Tuesday, July 22, at numbers 29–35 on Avenida da República in Lisbon. With approximately 1,600 m² and 408 indoor seats, it is already the brand’s largest location in the country.
A larger space, but with the same philosophy

Despite its scale, the new restaurant maintains the brand’s usual visual identity: plants in various shades of green, beige walls and ceilings, stone floors, furniture made of different types of wood, and details in clay and wicker, all bathed in natural light. The space is divided into the usual restaurant and café areas, designed to welcome customers at any time of day.
The brand’s philosophy, known as the “Real Food Revolution, ” continues to be rooted in valuing the origin of ingredients: seasonal products that cause the menu to change throughout the year, partnerships with local producers, and more ethical and sustainable sourcing methods.
Six new additions to the summer menu
The opening coincides with the arrival of the new summer menu, featuring six new items—including the Sweet Potato Cakes (€6.25), the Stracciatella Bowl (€9.45), and the Seasonal Peach & Labneh (€3.65). The Summer Shakers are also back, with four new options, including the Ube Collagen Glow (starting at €5.25).
Six years of growth in Portugal
The “Eat Real” concept was born in Spain in 2017, created by American Christopher Fuchs, Danish Rasmus B., and chef Benjamin Bensoussan, after they were unable to find a place that combined healthy and flavorful food on the same plate. It arrived in Portugal on February 7, 2020, with the opening of its first restaurant in Parque das Nações, through the Plateform group. Since then, the brand has opened locations in areas such as Cais do Sodré, Chiado, Príncipe Real, Alvalade, Bairro Azul, Sé, and Cascais, as well as two locations in Porto.
