On Saturday, September 13, 2025, St. Peter’s Square will be transformed into a unique stage, bringing together international voices, different cultures and entire generations through music with the “Grace for the World” concert.
The concert is free for anyone in Rome and will be broadcast live on Disney+, Hulu and ABC News Live. The official order of performances remains a secret, but there are already clues: possible duets between artists who have already shared stages, newly released songs and timeless classics.
Grace for the World: a soundtrack for unity
Pharrell Williams and Andrea Bocelli will be co-directors and executive producers, with Adam Blackstone as musical director. Bocelli brings his long-standing connection to spiritual music – he has sung twice for Pope Francis in 2015 and last summer for the newly elected Pope Leo XIV. Pharrell, for his part, crosses pop, gospel and production, broadening the scope of the event and reinforcing its message: love, brotherhood and unity.
Global cast: from Karol G to John Legend, Bocelli and more
Colombian superstar Karol G is expected to thrill with “Milagros“, a song about resilience and hope. Another special moment could be the duet “Vivo per lei“, with Andrea Bocelli, featured on the commemorative album Duets 30. The Italian tenor could also shine with “The Prayer” alongside R&B and gospel legend Jennifer Hudson.
John Legend is expected to bring anthems of love and shared humanity, such as “All of Me” and “Church“, while Pharrell and Voices of Fire raise the energy with songs like “JOY (Unspeakable)” and “Miracle Worker“. Teddy Swims can also thrill with “Lose Control“.
The gospel choir Voices of Fire recently released the album OPHANIM, which reflects their collaborative spirit and reinforces the concert’s message of unity.
On the K-Pop side , BamBam is expected to include songs such as the inspiring “Last Parade” and the introspective “riBBon“. Angélique Kidjo promises to involve the audience with “Agolo” and “We Are One“, which mix African rhythms and messages of justice and unity.
