Following the success of its first edition, the Cocôa Market returns to Campolide. On September 19 and 20, the International Amnesty Garden will host the second edition of this open-air market dedicated to fashion, lifestyle, and family, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with free admission, a dog-friendly area, food trucks, and live music from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
A market that began with a marriage proposal
Cocôa Market was born from a brand, and the brand was born from a couple. Cocôa Concept was founded on June 23, 2024, by Cristiana Rodrigues and Rui Lourenço, who wanted to build a joint venture in the fashion industry. The date was Cristiana’s birthday—and on that very same day, Rui proposed to her.
Two years and many markets later, the experience they gained led to the creation of their own event. The idea is to bring together in one place what the couple values most: brands with a distinct identity, direct contact between makers and buyers, and an atmosphere where simply being there is just as important as shopping.
What You’ll Find
The second edition brings together select fashion, lifestyle, and family brands in a space designed for discovering new projects and talking directly with the people behind them . Throughout the weekend , there will be food trucks, background music , and live music on Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Admission is free, and the venue is pet-friendly, making this a great event for families, friends, and pets.
The market is set up next to the Verde Lima Kiosk, in the Amnesty International Garden, a green space that is already a regular meeting place for the Campolide community.
Meanwhile, Cocôa Concept continues to be present in markets from north to south across the country and currently has items for sale at five locations: Lovely Concept (Saldanha), La Concept de Manjericas (Anjos), LBP (LX Factory), Tendinha dos Acessórios (Foz do Douro), and Quiosque Come na Ilha, on Tavira Island, where it will remain until October.
