On July 19, 20 and 21 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), the Carcavelos and Parede Festivities will once again be held at the Carcavelos Market, to the delight of many families, especially the little ones, who will have plenty of reasons to enjoy themselves at yet another edition of these traditional popular festivals in this region of Greater Lisbon.
The event, which usually brings together thousands of residents from the parishes of Carcavelos and Parede, as well as many other visitors from the surrounding area and the capital, will once again offer a wide variety of musical styles, from Hip Hop to Fado and Portuguese Popular Music.

This year’s Carcavelos and Parede Festivities will be no different in terms of the entertainment that has already taken place in previous years.
Sam The Kid with Orchestra and Orelha Negra, Revenge of The 90’s, Rão Kyao, SMUP Philharmonic Band and Yang are just some of the guests at the 2024 edition, who will once again be welcomed and introduced by comedian Tio Jel.
Other surprises and news
On July 19, 20 and 21, there are plenty of good reasons to head to the Carcavelos Market, especially for those who enjoy skateboarding, who will be able to enjoy a circuit, a place that will also host some free skateboarding demonstrations and championships.
For the younger ones, the fun doesn’t end here! In the Children’s Area there are various activities, from painting to traditional games.
For all the family, don’t forget the traditional Sardinhada on Saturday, July 20, open to everyone, at Jardim Júlio Moreira, from 5pm.
