Agora, também já podes visitar em Lisboa a exposição da National Geographic mais vista de sempre. Depois do Porto, a Photo Ark chegou à capital com mais de 100 fotos impressionantes.
Estas fazem parte de um projeto conjunto do fotografo Joel Sartore e da National Geographic que quer retratar todas as espécies em cativeiro do mundo, criando um dos maiores arquivos de biodiversidade de sempre.
Das mais de 9 mil espécies já captadas, algumas estão à vista nesta mostra, que selecionou mais de 100 fotografias emblemáticas. E 12 delas até foram tiradas em Portugal, como a de um lobo-ibérico, a de uma girafa-de-angola ou a de uma toupeira de água captada no Douro, a espécie 8.000 desta arca fotográfica.
Do resto do mundo poderás ver, por exemplo, um elefante-africano, um rato da praia de St Andrews, um macaco da Guiné, uma pantera-da-Florida ou um sapo do Wyoming, todos em risco de extinção.
